Why do I need a License to Operate a Forklift

You have to have a license to demonstrate that you have passed a course of competency and that you understand the dangers involved that can affect you and all of your workmates who are around you each and every day that you operate the Fork Lift Truck.

We talk at your level, we practice KISS (Keep It Super Simple) principals at all times. We talk simple English, no tech speak! Operating A Fork Lift Truck is a huge responsibility that is us all too often taken for granted, that is until something goes wrong. People in the workplace are just too complacent and often ignorant of the potential for serious and life threatening injury that this equipment can cause. The operator is probably the worst culprit for this, particularly if they have had a licence for a number of years (prior to the current high level of training practiced today) They can often be seen speeding in and out of the workplace often within less than a metre of their fellow workmates but believing because they sounded the horn all is well.

Training and Refresher training is only half of the solution because until we make everyone in the workplace (and that includes management) aware of the terrible potential for harm that an untrained operator has then people will continue to be injured. What If My Staff Leave After Training? I’Ve lost my Money Staff retention and staff churn especially after you have invested in training them is probably the commonest barrier to training that we here, well don’t despair as we are able to turn this into an absolute positive and make training a Win, Win for both you and your employee.

Talk to us today, we will explain how to avoid this scenario
And retain your staff after training
